The Committee on Economic Development & Tourism moved to amend the bill on page 1, line 1, after the word “Virginia”, by striking the words “Department of Tourism” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“Division of Natural Resources”;

And,

On page 1, line 13, after the word “Virginia”, by striking the words “Department of Tourism” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“Division of Natural Resources”;

And,

On page 1, line 16,  after the word “Tourism” by inserting the following:

“ and the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources”.
